RECERT BASIC LEVEL

Recertification options for the Certified Basic Provider (IPR-B) include the following:

• International Certifications.
• Participate in a Refresher Course.
• Retake the exam.
• Medical management and employer.

The purpose for these recertification options is to ensure the certified provider maintains competency and compliance with the Detailed Content Outline for the certification. Retaking the exam and or providing approved continuing education hours ensures compliance and continued competency are met.
