SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION FOR CANDIDATES WITH DISABILITY (ADA) POLICY

TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to outline the use of trademark and copyright materials. These guidelines are for IPR certification holders, exam sites, training centers, employers, customers, and other parties wishing to use IPR trademarks, service marks, or images in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, as well as on their websites, products, labels, or packaging. The use of IPR trademarks may be prohibited unless expressly authorized.

LOGO USE AGREEEMENT

The purpose of this form is to request proper permission to use the IPR logos.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information that you share with the IPR. Personal information may include names, addresses, affiliations, telephone numbers and email addresses to ensure we are able to communicate effectively with candidates and certificants. It is our general policy not to make personal information available to anyone other than our employees, staff, and agents that is necessary to obtain or maintain certification. We may, for example, provide compilations of redacted demographic data or examination results without disclosing personal information. In an effort to provide employers and the public with accurate information about the status of your certification, we post the name, state, country, certificate type, certification number and expiration date in the “VERIFY CERTIFICATIONS” section of our website. We do not sell or release your information for outside marketing purposes.
